SHECOM is a distinguished institution that upholds the Christian way of worship. As an integral part of the school’s values, all students are expected to actively participate in school chapel services. However, SHECOM also embraces and respects the religious diversity of its students. To ensure the spiritual well-being of everyone, including Roman Catholics, Muslims, Anglicans, Born Again Faith and Seventh Day Adventists, the school provides appropriate accommodations for their respective religious practices within its premises.
Prayers are conducted inclusively in the School Chapel and external mosque and catholic church, and students are kindly advised not to establish alternative prayer spaces without seeking prior permission from the Headmistress.
These rules and regulations have been thoughtfully implemented to benefit the entire SHECOM community, including faculty, parents, and students. By adhering to these guidelines, the school aims to fulfill the National Objectives and foster the holistic development of future leaders, based on strong moral values and established societal norms.
SHECOM is dedicated to nurturing well-rounded, educated individuals who are not only academically proficient but also possess essential life skills, self-confidence, self-respect, and a deep reverence for their faith, enabling them to thrive in the complexities of the modern world.
